Booking Policies For A Smooth Visit.
Please review these policies before using the scheduler below. They help RichLocs prepare for your service, protect appointment times, and keep every client experience respectful.

Call the shop before scheduling if you are a new client, interested in loc extensions, unsure about your hair needs, or need help selecting the correct service.
Start Your Appointment The Right Way.
These policies help new clients, extension clients, and recurring clients select the right appointment before using the scheduler.
Grace Period
Each client is given a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled. The grace period goes both ways.
New Clients
Please book under new client services. This gives the team the information needed to properly assess your hair before your appointment.
Loc Extensions
Loc extension services are available Monday through Friday. Please book a consultation before scheduling. Virtual consultations are available.
Subscriptions
Save with loc packages. RichLocs offers 6 and 12 appointment packages with lock-in appointments for consistent care.
Deposits, Timing & Communication.
Please understand all deposit, late arrival, rescheduling, and cancellation policies before confirming your appointment.
Payment
To reserve your appointment, a $35 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. A $15 fee applies for changes made within 24 hours of booking.
Late Arrival
Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be charged a $10 fee. Services may be shortened or require rescheduling.
Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25 fee. Deposits remain non-refundable in all cases.
